All Black Friday orders will be shipped within 7 days after the order has been placed, due to the exponential growth in orders during this sale. Products with shipping dates other than immediate shipping will follow their normal delivery times. Click here to see the estimated transit by destination.

If you wish to add more products to your order, we recommend placing a new order for the additional items. If both orders are eligible and can be shipped together, we will refund the shipping costs associated with the extra order/s. This way, you can enjoy the convenience of combining shipments without incurring additional shipping charges.

Once an order has been placed during our Black Friday sale, we regret to inform you that modifications cannot be applied. However, if you wish to cancel your order, please fill out this form to submit a cancellation request. Please note that this option is available for a limited time after your order is placed, and it's subject to our processing timelines. If your order has already been shipped, the terms for returns will apply.  

We understand the holiday season comes with its own set of considerations, and we want to ensure satisfaction with your purchases. For items bought during our Black Friday sale, we offer 45 days for returns. This extended time frame is designed to accommodate your needs during the holiday season. In the first 15 days, you can get either a refund or a voucher, while in the last 30 days, only a voucher is possible. The client covers shipping costs. We strive to keep our website updated in real-time regarding the availability of our products. However, during high sales periods like Black Friday, there is a chance that multiple orders for the same item could lead to the item becoming out of stock by the time we process your order.

To ensure you secure your desired items, we recommend placing your order without delay. While we'll make every effort to prevent discrepancies in stock availability, if the purchased item is no longer in stock despite showing as available at the time of purchase, rest assured that we'll provide suitable alternatives for you.
