Warranty policy - Huben.shop - Operated by Wolfiek
At huben.shop, part of the Wolfiek Group, we only sell new and original products with a warranty. The warranty applies as long as the product is used under normal conditions of use.
The warranty period begins from the purchase invoice, so when you purchase from huben.shop or any store owned by the Wolfiek Group, you benefit directly from the warranty offered by the product manufacturer.
This means that within the warranty period, any product supplied through huben.shop will be fully covered in the event of any manufacturing defect or failure caused by an error in the manufacturing process.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase, as indicated on the purchase invoice.
For products purchased on huben.shop, the warranty period is 2 years, in accordance with the general warranty policy of the Wolfiek Group.
As reference, across other shops within the Wolfiek Group, the standard warranty period is also 2 years, except for EDgun UK, where the warranty period is 1 year.

We will require the following information:
- The purchase invoice number
- Photos of the products (we may also request video footage of the issue)
Once we receive the information, we will take care of the warranty service, keeping you informed at all times about the status of the process.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers any issues caused by manufacturing errors, either in product components or arising from the manufacturing process.
The warranty can be resolved in three different ways. The Wolfiek Group, in communication with the user, will determine the most appropriate solution for each case:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
The warranty will not be valid if:
- The rifle has been disassembled and reassembled incorrectly.
- The lubrication used is not recommended.
- Non-original parts have been incorporated.
- The product shows signs of abuse.
The warranty applies only when products are used according to the instructions and for the intended purpose.
What is not included in the warranty?
The warranty does NOT cover:
- O-rings, bolts, seals, springs, cylinder heads
- Damage caused by owner negligence
- Damage during transportation/shipping
- Damage caused by abuse or faulty maintenance
- Parts subject to natural wear and tear
- Damage caused by using the product on other objects or property
- Any additional expenses
The warranty does not cover failures caused by misuse, modification by third parties, or improper handling.
Transportation costs are not included.
