All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse. Our goal is to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 business days following purchase confirmation.

Pre-orders will have a specific processing time indicated clearly on the product page.

During peak seasons like holidays or sales events, shipping times might be slightly longer. Any such changes will be specified in the terms for those particular campaigns.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive full shipping information and a tracking link, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address before and after placing your order. If a package is misplaced due to incorrect address information, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at shipping@wolfiekgroup.com. We will do our best to update your information, although we cannot guarantee changes will be possible after dispatch.

Important: Any direct changes made through the courier may impact delivery, and we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages resulting from uncoordinated modifications.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have verified and ensured compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations governing the purchase, import, possession, or use of the products.

All legal obligations and due diligence related to the purchase and use of the products rest solely with the buyer.

We proudly serve customers across the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom (UK), the United States (USA), and various international markets.

If your order is in transit for more than 60 days, you may apply for a refund by completing the Cancellation Form.
Refunds will be processed 90 days after shipment departure to allow sufficient time for all necessary investigations.

For orders shipped to countries outside the EU, UK, and USA, customers are responsible for shipping once the order leaves our warehouse. (See our dedicated pages for shipping to the United Kingdom and the United States).

In the event of any problems, losses, customs returns, or issues incurred during transit or import, Wolfiek can not offer a refund or a replacement shipment.

We strongly recommend that you investigate your country's import laws and tariffs before placing your purchase.

To ensure transparency and allow you to plan your purchase accurately, shipping fees are calculated in two convenient ways:

• Order Preview Tool: Before proceeding to checkout, you can use the 'Estimated Shipping' option within your Preview Order (cart review) page. Simply select your country and enter your shipping address details to see the calculated fee instantly.
• Automatic Checkout Calculation: As you finalize your purchase, the shipping costs will be calculated and displayed automatically after you have inserted your full delivery address details in the checkout flow.

We currently ship our products to the countries listed below. If your location is not on this list, we are unfortunately unable to process shipments to your country at this time.
