SHIPPING 

Estimated days in transit:  

General shipping information 

• - Please note that during busy periods shipping times may be affected. 
  
  
• - All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, except pre-orders. 
  
  
• - Order tracking and shipping information are available after the order has been shipped. 
  
  

• - When placing your order, please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Wolfiek Group takes no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave with a neighbour or an outbuilding.  
  
  
• - You are responsible for determining that no laws or regulations prohibit your purchase or possession of our products and that there are no other reasons that you cannot legally purchase or possess the product. Wolfiek Group is not responsible for misuse according to the corresponding requirements of each country. 

Shipping to the European Union, United Kingdom, and the United States: 

In the unlikely event that your order is in transit for more than 60 days, you can apply for a refund by completing the CANCELLATION FORM (CLICK HERE). The refund will be processed 90 days after the departure date of the box (we need this time for all investigations to be opened and completed).  

Shipping to other countries:   

For Non-EU Countries (other than UK and USA), transit is the customer’s responsibility.  

The buyer assumes responsibility for the payment of customs charges that may be generated upon entry of our products into the country of destination. 

Our work ends when the shipment is dispatched from Spain. After this point, the transit and delivery become the buyer's responsibility, which means that in the event of any problems incurred during transit or import, Wolfiek Group will not offer a refund or a replacement shipment.

Unfortunately, we can not ship to all countries. We are unable to ship to:

• - Russia
