Campaign Overview

Wolfiek Group is running the Wolfiek Black Week campaign from November 24 to November 30 across most of our shops. Customers will enjoy a 20% sitewide discount on most products as long as supply lasts. Some customers may receive exclusive early access to the promotion.

Exclusions

Certain items, such as RTI rifles and pre-orders, are excluded from the 20% discount.

Fair Use Policy

Due to high discounts and limited availability, each customer may purchase a maximum of two (2) guns with the 20% discount. This ensures fair access to the promotion for all customers.

Combining Discounts

The 20% discount cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. However, customers will still earn loyalty points for discounted items during this period.

Delivery Dates

All Black Week orders will be shipped within 14 days after the order is placed. This extended timeframe accounts for the high volume of packages handled by transportation and courier services during this busy period, which may result in slower delivery times.

Out of Stock / Product Availability

During high sales periods like Black Week, multiple simultaneous orders may result in items going out of stock before your order is processed. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled. In such cases, we will offer suitable alternatives or issue a full refund.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the product is defective, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
