If you use it, we process the messages you write and the related conversation, together with technical information about your session and device (such as IP address, browser and the pages you visit on our website), in order to answer your questions, recommend products and, if you provide both your order number and the email address used for the order, give you information about that order. The assistant is only loaded once you accept cookies in our cookie banner (or, in the United States, unless you opt out); it then stores a technical identifier in your browser to keep the conversation working. You do not need to provide personal data to use the assistant, and we ask you not to share sensitive information in the chat. The assistant is provided by our service provider Helix3 Labs, Inc. (Alhena AI, United States), which acts as our data processor under a data processing agreement and relies on cloud hosting and AI model providers. If the assistant cannot resolve your request, the conversation and any contact details you provide in it may be passed to our customer service team, which manages them through our CRM provider HubSpot, Inc. (United States), acting as our data processor. Your data may be transferred to the United States; such transfers are protected by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK Extension) or, where it does not apply, by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
